I have been using this gym for the past 10 months and it has been an excellent experience. The gym is very well equipped and even during busy hours there are always sufficient dumbbells available. What I appreciate most is the thoughtful layout: a dedicated space for cardio, a separate area for strength training, and even a specific section for leg workouts. There is also a private space for personal training, which is great for those who prefer to do intense workouts without being in the spotlight.
The gym spans two floors, with cardio on one floor and strength training on the other, which makes the environment spacious and organized. Another great feature is the massage chair for full-body relaxation--though it comes with a charge, it's absolutely worth it at times when the muscles feel tired after a heavy workout.
The atmosphere is welcoming, and the owner is very patient and receptive--whenever members share feedback or request new equipment, he genuinely makes an effort to provide it.

The gym is really well maintained! All the equipment is in great condition, and the management team does an excellent job keeping everything organized. The trainers are also very supportive and friendly. Highly recommend this place

The gym is not hospitable at all. The owners treat the customers as if they owe them something. Moreover, there is no space to do self workout. The room which is provided has been "reserved" only for PT clients because all they want to do is extract money. This is not mentioned while giving membership that 1/4th of the gym cannot be used by taking membership. You have to pay extra for that. Owners' behaviour is the worst.
The good trainers have been removed. The equipments are old and not good for your body in long run. Some are broken and not even getting repaired.
No reason to go here.
