It's one of the best gym in that area and well maintained very neat and clean and fully highly equipped gym. You will not get this type of equipment at that surroundings. The gym timings are Monday to Saturday from 5AM to 10PM ,Sunday it slightly changed I.e.,5AM-10AM and evening 5PM-9PM. The trainers are fully trained and they can clear all your doubts and also they can help you in general training also. I am very happy with the training and also equipment and management behaviour. Highly recommend for everyone. The gym always maintenance cleanliness. If you wanna train your body this is the perfect place to train yourself. I been seeing this place over a year and I am very comfortable to get trained here. Gym, Management and trainers everything is good. This is the perfect place with reasonable prices. Thank you

The gym is great overall, but one major issue is the female trainer. She is the worst I've encountered in my entire career. People like her are not suited for a professional gym environment. Out of concern about the gym's reputation, I strongly request her dismissal, as her presence is affecting the quality of the gym experience or educate the trainers basic ethics on how to handle or treat a client.

I'm very happy with my training sessions. Lady trainer is kind and helpful. She explains exercises clearly and makes me feel comfortable. I am getting stronger and more confident. I look forward to each session.
