This is a wonderful place for shedding those extra calories. The ravishing Zumba trainer really is a show stopper, the owner is a motivator and a congenial lady, who does her best to keep the show going.

This fitness studio which is exclusively for ladies, is situated near the rear entrance of Vijayapuri Colony park at SBI Colony, Kothapet. This gym is moderately equipped with a Treadmill, Paddler, Static cycle, Weight training equipment, Dumbbells and Medicine balls. It also has a learned and expart trainer to teach Zumba. It has a rest room but no parking space and wheelchair accessible entrance.

Our trainer Nadia is very hardworking and dedicated towards her work ....she motivates and gives positive energy
The management is very cooperative and celebrate every event, which makes us feel like a family..
Ambience is very good..
I recommend this studio especially who are in search for "exclusively for ladies"....nd worth of money

I just hate dis gym! Both gym and zumba trainer are rude!Moreover the gym trainer comes once in a blue moon.And they call it as A.C gym
But they don't even let us either turn on A.C or speakers!And the machines are damaged.Zumba trainer is arrogant and doesn't actually teach anything .I went for 3 months.and I haven't even lost 1 kg!!worst place!!
