Best gym in the sorrounding areas. Is available in the two consecutive floors , seperately dedicated for cardio and strength workouts. The fee is different for both but very reasonable. less crowded and a go to place for long and peaceful workout sessions. The management are friendly and don't bother you much.

The gym is good many equipments, there are two floors one for cardio and other for body build for weight loss they take 1000 rs and extra 100 for registration for weight gain 600 extra 100 for registration for joining timing morning 5am to 11am evening 5pm to 11 pm staff is good there is a trainer for beginners rush at evening the negative thing is the gym is not so clean.

Same old equipments since 10Years! No AC in AC enabled Cardio gym! No sanitizing nothing!
Leg press machine is so worse that it will injure you, newbies don't try that machine and don't even join this GYM.
Health is important, don't risk it!

Personal experience. Gym is not maintained at all.No cleanliness what so ever. Half the equipments are in bad condition and worst part is no seems to care. No space to do floor exercises. Bathrooms are in worst condition. Even water is not available half the time. Very crowded in the mornings. Only way gym is running till today is because it has no competition nearby.

1. Best cardio section anywhere nearby zyms. (i.e. at least 6 treadmills & 7 cycles)
Cons-
1. Admission fee is 200(fixed) & per month 1000 which I find costlier than any nearby zyms. Else you can go for 1 year subscription at 7000. Also personal trainer fee is 2500 per month.
2. location of zym is very interior.
3. only 2 zym trainers are available.
4. No additional facilities like steam bath or weekly aerobics/yoga sessions.
