The best coach I have seen. He will talk friendly with everyone and i like that. The total area surround the cheapest price I don't know why but, will worth it when we join the gym. 1.He has patience. . 2.He has the best hard worker.. 3.In 24hrs he will spend half time only in Gym.

Coach is very good. Mentoring, guidance all good. Gym may looks like little Old but that's not at all an issue. I've joined two different gyms earlier, they have AC, Very neat and high class equipment. But coaches won't teach you unless u pay Extra fee they call it personal coaching. If you want to join class and AC gym go ahead but I'm telling you it's not worth it.
Best part in this is excellent trainer I have never seen before like him. Take care of everyone and I think total uppal area this is having the cheapest prices. He will not work for money as a trainer he is very passionate about his role.
