I'm so grateful to have learnt yoga from Pavan Sir. I took one-on-one sessions of Hatha yoga with him. His approach has been so transformative that now my wife and my mother are also learning from him. Highly recommended if you wish to transform yourself and are looking for a teacher who truly cares! After years of back ache issue, he truly started my healing journey. He's incredibly passionate, gentle, and attentive. His strength lies in personalizing each session to your specific needs and patiently correcting every posture till you get it right. He paces the sessions according to your body's strengths and weaknesses, never rushing to just finish. Even though the asanas might be the same for everyone, the practice feels uniquely tailored. Highly recommended!!!
