Mixed experience: The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary machines and weights, which is a big plus. However, the major drawback is the lack of commitment from the trainers. When I joined, I clearly mentioned that I was new to the gym and needed guidance on using the equipment. Initially, they acknowledged this, but once my membership started, their attitude changed. Most of the time, they were on their phones or sitting idle. One particular trainer--a short guy with long hair--was especially indifferent. When I asked for help, they randomly assigned exercises without proper sequencing. As a result, I lost consciousness for a minute after following their instructions. This incident made it clear that they were not genuinely interested in assisting new members. Ideally, beginners should be guided through a structured workout plan to help them get accustomed to the exercises safely. If you're already experienced in the gym and don't need guidance, you might find this place suitable. However, for beginners, I wouldn't recommend it, as the trainers' lack of involvement can make the experience unsafe.
