Amazing place to workout daily. The trainer(Javeed) is professional and highly skilled. Totally worth the money and you do get fit and see the positive effect on your health if you are regular. It's not a gym it's a fitness centre.

Joined the Gym in the month of February.Was in very good condition with all machines working fine and good.The trainers were also good and co-operative.But since the last few months the gym has lost its charm.Reasons : 1. 1 treadmill is not working. Another treadmill has to be switched on number of times to get it work. So out of 3 , 2 are in no working state. 2. The cycle's are also in no good state. In 1 cycle pedals are not working smoothly, in 2 other cycles speed adjustment knobs are not working. So basically 3 out of 3 cycles are not in good working state. 3. The owner is not taking any step for the ventilation inside the gym. The size of the gym is large,the no of people working out has increased very much as a result of which the 2 AC s are not able to maintain the temperature inside the gym.As a result it feels suffocated and working out time has decreased. Previously i used to work out for 2 hrs.But now even 30mns of workout is like 3 hrs..! 4. The owner has removed the old trainers and is informing us that they are changing the entire management , but the new trainers are good for nothing.They are there just to show off their presence.No help from their side.

It's been a month since I join this gym without taking a personal training option. But still I can sense a touch of PT. Owner (Javed) and Trainer (Mujju) were doing their best. And reasonable price is an added advantage.

Gym is really good try this gym if u want to transform your body

I joined the gym for 1year in the month of February. But I was hardly able to continue for 1-2months because of the gym's unsatisfactory conditions. The AC doesn't work and cardio equipments are good for nothing. Request to owner to check my attendance for past 1month, haven't gone to gym for a single day in this month because of it's deteriorating conditions. I am very disappointed to have joined such a gym and would like to request the owner for the reimbursement of the payment that I have made for a year!

The gym had proper trainers 3months ago! But that is past... currently the gym has no trainers, the treadmills don't work properly(3 out of 4 are out of order),also the cycles don't work properly..the speed adjustment & the pedalling system are gone for all of them. No proper AC which makes it very difficult to do the workouts as it's suffocating inside the gym. Hence we are not able to exercise for an adequate amount of time. The trainer now switches off the AC to cut down on bills and gives lame replies on enquiring about the same. I have connected with the owner multiple times regarding these since 2months but the owner doesn't seem to work on these low points & gives excuses that no one buys! The trainer who comes now doesn't know proper ethics while talking to customers and doesn't give any proper guidance or help. Thus he sure doesn't seem to be a professional!

I took admission there, and paid advance of 5k seeing a trainer whose training was promising since I had back pain issue and he knew how to handle it. Then after 2 days of paying the money when I was about to join the gym, they simply changed the trainer. Still I went and took the training for a day. Thereafter I started getting back pain again, so I wanted to quit it since the trainer wasn't fit for my physical health. So , I wanted my money to be refunded as I took the admission coz I wanted the previous trainer to train me and that wasn't possible. But the owner misbehaved with me telling I am Mad, and they won't refund my money and blocked me after requesting for refund for multiple times. Hence, I don't recommend this place as there's a lack of honesty on the part of the management.
