Very good Gym in this locality. Management is very friendly. Its been 7months in this gym and they always listen to our concerns and act accordingly. Coming to trainers I have been training with shabbeer, the knowledge he has and professionalism he shows is very good. He is always there to teach, train and help us achieve our goals.

I've had a great experience at this gym, and Uday has been my personal trainer for the past 3 months. From the very first session, he took the time to understand my goals and create a personalized plan to help me improve my mobility and strength. The sessions are always well-structured, and I appreciate how he explains each exercise and the reasoning behind it. Not only have I seen improvements in my physical fitness, but I also feel more confident in my body and overall well-being. I highly recommend Uday to anyone looking for expert guidance and a supportive environment to reach their fitness goals

This gym's awesome, dude! The trainers and staff are super friendly - way better than other places I've tried. The owner's great and have and friendly nature. It's always clean, tons of equipment, and open practically all the time. I'm loving my workouts here. My personal trainer's the best; they totally get my goals, figured out my fitness level, and even helped with my diet and workout plans. They're flexible with my crazy work schedule, too. I've worked with four different trainers, and they're all amazing in their own ways. Happy's my current trainer, and he's really pushing me - it's awesome!
