I have been training under Vignesh sir for 3 years approximately. He is a wonderful trainer. The gym itself is really clean, fully equipped and everyone is very friendly. I go with my sister, and I can confidently say that even at 9pm it is the safest, and most comfortable environment for women. Highly recommend lifeline fitness.
Rude and unprofessional coach. Every Weights were missing, dirty, torn and worn out equipment and scattered all over the gym when asked he ignored.
Very spacious gym for doing cardio. Gym is new and all the equipment are also latest and of Aerofit brand. Coach Vignesh is supportive and you can get visible results.
Trainers take concern of each and everyone (not like some other gyms who mostly concentrate on the personal students); moreover they have advanced machines with a spacious floor. Highly recommended
