At all Isha centers, Yoga is taught in its full depth and dimension and communicated on an experiential level. Some local centers even offer free Yoga classes from time to time. This one my life changing centre where once entre it take another level life and beyond the world thank you Sadhguru and isha foundation making available near City this centre has something special isha program sadhana events in this hall and volunteer of isha for your support it happens and this must come place for your program and event in centre of any related isha events

Center is in 4th Floor in English Union School. Well maintained A/C hall. Also Having Guru Padam (Sadhguru Sannidhi Padam). Most ISHA Yoga Programs will be conducted here.

I learned Suryakriya but I am completely disappointed.The yoga teacher is simply sitting and play videos through projector there was no posture corrections were made. I think there is no difference even if I learnt through online .
