Hello everyone, since 3 months I lost 8kgs, I'm active, able to do many works. Reduction is depend on gym workouts, diet, sleep. Eve ry thing has to b balanced. Inspite of Gym, we have yoga, aerobics,stretching, cardio, steam, zumba,muscle strengthening exercises with personal training. It's only for ladies by ladies. It's v safe place for ladies who need Lady trainer. I'm happy here for doing exercises. It encouraged me, I have new look now. My husband is v happy to see changes, it gave me lot of confidence. Im really happy with workouts. Reduced 4kgs in 20 days. Since 1year I was suffering with knee pains, still I was walking. But no use. But after coming to gym reduced my knee pains. I was not able to sleep at nights till 2 or 3am. Now I'm sleeping at 11pm. It's v secure and good for ladies. It's only ladies gym. As I reduced I'm feeling v less weight and happy about gym.
