Fitness extreme has everything a gym shud hve. World class equipment, cordial staff and v good trainers. M njoying my workout and i feel great. The location is v convinient too. Full marks. I njpy steam also occasionally.

The equipment is top-notch, the space is always clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and motivating. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this gym has everything you need to crush your fitness goals. The energy is always positive, and the community is super encouraging. Highly recommend!

Review: I have been a member of this gym for over a year, and while the equipment and facilities are good, couple of trainers are really good knowledgeable and experienced . But the overall management has declined. The gym once maintained high standards, but with management changing every six months, new rules keep coming in, and the focus seems to be more on commercialization rather than member satisfaction. There are frequent issues, such as the water filter being out of order for over five days, poor air conditioning to cut electricity costs, and a lack of good music. Additionally, damaged equipment takes more than a week to be repaired, which affects the overall gym experience. I've seen many friends choose not to renew their memberships due to these ongoing issues. In a service-based business, customer satisfaction should be the priority rather than just maximizing profits. If the focus were on improving service, more members would be happy to stay. The only reason I continue here is its convenient location--just five minutes from my house. Otherwise, I would have looked for better options. No hatred just giving my honest review.

Awesome gym with unique machines -both plate loaded and selectorised. Cool Ambience. Videos and photos look great. Good Hospitalilty by Maha. She is the admin and she was very helpful.

One of the best gym in Banjara Hills with good equipment's from Germany, trainers are well trained and very helpful. Overall good experience in the gym from the front office to steam room everything is great ...

I have belonged to several gyms over the years... but I love working out at FITNESS EXTREME Intl inc! This gym has very unique equipments... The staff is fantastic and very professional. The workouts are very effective and efficient. The members are friendly... My coach Mr.RAJ PATIL sir all know about my capabilities... The superb personal training I receive here a new experience for me... He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.... And i would recommend International fitness gym& their team to anyone looking to improve their fitness ....

Excellent place. Great staff. Really nice equipment. Steel weight plates are very satisfying to use. Staff is always helpful. Special mention to the manager Ms Maha who is polite courteous and professional. Trainers Sai and Raj who motivate everyone and housekeeping staff Mr Baba who is always extending himself to make the whole place feel fresh and clean. Definitely one of the better gyms I've been to.
