Small size fitness center with well maintained equipments and machinery. The gym is located on the second floor with no elevators only stairs can be used to access this facility. The room is spacious but needs to be cleaned and there are no air Conditioners in this facility. No cardio machines are available here, only weight lifting training is possible at this facility. Overall in my opinion this place is suitable to do weight lifting workouts for one or Maximum two months.
This is the best gym I have seen in recent days....it has very innovative & Updated Imported Equipments....even Indian equipments are designed in such a way that it looks like imported machines.
Gym is very awesome and equipments are with proper machinery, Gym owner has proper knowledge on training and diet, if you want change then join this gym.
