Where should I start?
The trainer is a real piece of work, has an attitude and will withhold training until you buy his overpriced 'supplements', interestingly enough, he has no idea what the supplements are and what they do.
They will limit the usage of their electrical equipment stating 'health' reasons, when in reality it the electricity bill that they are trying to save. Most of the controls on their equipment are broken and worn out.
Following the conservation of electricity, they advertise themselves as an air conditioned gym, however, they rarely turn them on.
Overall I was not satisfied with their setup nor with their attitude. Best to avoid this place.
