F Square Fitness Gym

The gym is good. I have been going there for the past 4 months and haven't faced any issue till now. It has all the equipment that one needs. It is well air conditioned and well sanitised. The trainers are always ready to help you. Weights are properly arranged and everything is good

Equipment is good. Trainers are good too. Only problem is with AC they dont switch it on properly. Most of the time AC doesn't work!

Perfect location, with ample parking space and extremely spacious gym area. They infact have two floors, one is dedicated for weight training and the other floor is for zumba and has a break out area where they serve healthy food. A satisfying experience.

Great gym... trainer Leah is really skilled and a good teacher..... helpful staff and well maintained place with continuous AC and working equipment.. over all one of the finest gyms.. anyone can like this one

AC is not working for more than a month now, complained multiple times. Every time they say will do Tommorow. But Tommorow never comes. Very bad service.

The manager is a senseless person, Apparently the gym doesn't have money to pay for power or maintenance of treadmills so we should not use them. What kind of gyms is cult onboarding? What kind of lame customer service is this? And evidently they don't have money to run ac in the gym as well, I visited this gym for 3 days and the AC was always off, some others mentioned the same in comments. They switch off the power to cycles, treadmills and don't even run AC, their equipment is not cleaned, not even proper space to put bags. These were the kind of gyms we used to pay 600-800 per month and go before cult started collaborating, now we pay a bomb and get the same lame half baked services. These gyms found an easy way to make money without spending a lot to acquire customers. Cult should take a break from onboarding and spend a few minutes on inspecting the gyms frequently. What a sham this gym is! Update 1: Raised issue with cult and got a response saying that 20 minute limit is only to avoid waiting times, which is exactly what I explained the manager. Update 2: After I raised concern about managers behaviour, a new review pops up with 5 stars praising the person! That's why you cannot trust google reviews with just 1-2 reviews and 5 starts anymore!
