This 28 fitness is a great gym. It has all the state of the art equipment for cardio and weight training. It has all the associated facilities that are required for a good fitness setup.
The trainer Sameer has very good expertise and knowledge. He guides me with selective workouts suited for me and I can notice a significant change in my muscle structure and body shape in just three weeks, all thanks to Sameer.
Location of the gym is also prime and very conveniently accessible.

28 Fitness is hands down my fav gym,it's amazing place to work out and my experience with 28 fitness has been continous to be perfect .
The fellow members are inspiring and the workouts lead by PT who give hands on instant feedback during the workout to give right amount of encouragement.
They know how to push you to the limit in the best possible way with their workouts.
1hr of training goes really super fast and every day is new training, so you never get bore.
It's good experience and I recommend to all my friends and family .

Its been a couple of months that I have joined this gym along with personal training. It is well managed with good equipment and it is very spacious. All the trainers are well experienced .My trainer "Sameer" is a fabulous trainer. He wakes up early for us and feels happy to train all his clients everyday. He is very helpful and always motivates me to achieve my fitness goals. I strongly suggest to visit this gym and start your fitness journey.
