Cult Neo gym Amberpet is clean and well maintained with good ambience and new equipment.
I started my Personal Training with Mr. Lakhan Singh from 3rd June. He understood my age and health conditions like Knee pain , Shoulder pain and my limitations to do workouts like Running, Jumping, Squats, weightlifting etc.
He took it as a challenge to train me to loss weight, get relief from pains and become fit and energetic.
After one month of his training , i lost 2 kg weight and shoulder pains totally relieved and kneepain reduced by 70%.
For me Mr.Lakhan Singh is not just a PhysicalTrainer but a Physio Doctor. I appreciate his skills, motivation and commitment.

The gym has a great atmosphere -- clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. The staff is friendly and supportive, special mention to PT Mahendra.
I've been training with him for a while now and the experience has been great. He's extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and very attentive to form and technique, which makes every session effective. The workouts are always tailored to my goals and fitness level, and I've already seen great improvements in strength and stamina. When I first started in May I was 52.2kgs and within 1 and half month I've gained around 5kgs and was at 57.3kgs.
