Mr. Azam and I have been working for about three years now. I was 40 years old when we started, and I had never lifted a weight in my life. I had just reduced my weight from 300 to 78 kg, but I was weak and had any core strength. After two years and eight months, I can bench more than 200 pounds, do dumbell rows with 75 pounds, perform bicep curls with 35 pounds, and so on. I have never been hurt and I am doing things that I never thought I would be doing. My waist has shrunk in size, but my weight has managed in75 to 80 kg. My program is now known as 6 Pack at 60. Since I moved, I must admit that I miss our once-a-weekly in-person interactions, but I'm not sure I could trust anybody else. Because he is familiar with my physical characteristics and thought process, he can create a strategy that will be demanding without being overpowering. He's one of the greatest individuals I've ever encountered, and I would suggest him to anyone, but especially to newcomers like myself.
