Anjali mam is really an experienced yoga teacher. I was fortunate enough to do her online class, Anjali mam makes sure that each and every person is doing the practice right, she is very observant through her camera and corrects students when needed. And I am sure she is the same in her offline class also. She pushes her students at the same time keeps a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. She never stops upgrading herself, she keeps learning new things about yoga for her students. Her years of experience in prenatal is amazing, how she changed, helped and touched so many women trying to conceive, and even afterwards. One can she her passion for yoga through her class, very dedicated to everyone's health. Her yoga class are not limited to the duration of class, she always counsels people any way she can, i think she is very unique yoga teacher. I had a very nice experience with prenatal yoga. I became more active and flexible during my pregnancy. Prenatal yoga made me more stronger physically and mentally. I use to get proper sleep Anjali helping me a lot and taught me pranayam, yoga nidra etc. I am so happy with my prenatal yoga.

Ma'am Anjali teaches yoga very nicely and correct s our posture when I joined I was not able to do many asanas and squats but I'm so happy now I'm able to do it lost weight also .i have became flexible nowAll thanks to Anjali ma'am
