1Life Fitness - Available on cult.fit | Gym in Kukatpally, Hyderabad

The staff aren't maintaining the centre cleanly. There's dust everywhere, on the floor, on the equipment's , on the yoga mats. It's been like this over two months and a while ago when I tried asking the staff(gopi,ravi and raviteja) they were very arrogant to me. They yelled at me to raise a complaint if I want to. It's their responsibility to maintain the gym and if they are not fulfilling the only responsibility given to them I really don't see the purpose of them in or around the gym. I mean is the way they treat the member of the gym? apart from this if someone in the gym is trying to help me and other girls in the workouts and guiding us if we are doing something wrong they can't take it they are going to the guy who's helping us and telling them not to do that because it would affect their personal training and their earnings. They also mentioned that the guys shouldn't be helping us with the workouts, is this a military school or a gym where people could come and do workouts together? according to my other friends who visit other cult gyms the people present there as trainer or who maintains at least give them a minimum guidance but here in the one life fitness even if we go and ask them they don't even have the minimum curtesy to tell us all they are looking for is the personal trainee fee but what about other members?

Amazing experience .the best trainers and the best place to workout .all the staff and trainer are friendly and knowledgeable and they'll be ready to help if any thing is required . definitely recommend to join1life fitness gym

Excellent gym with good environment.been doing gym here since 1month it is very spacious with good equipment and trainers .

We have got plenty of new equipment & our trainers are also professionals, he's easy to get along with & helps me out with different workouts. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Amazing gym the staffs of the gym are frndly and qualified . Equipment are well maintained the staff and management are very professional and training will also show you best results.

Worst gym I have ever seen. Zero hygenic. Zero maintenance of equipment and washrooms. Very bad smell in gym. They dont even clean mats and equipment atleast once in a week. Will hospitalized if we join this gym.

Facilities in the gym are ok but customer service is pathetic. Especially people who are sitting in the reception are very arrogant and will hardly do anything other than using mobile. There are so many better gyms around in which behavior of the staff is much better which indeed would give a good vibe during workout sessions in the gym. Gym staff should be first taught how to provide customer service.
