I joined for weight loss when I was in 94kgs and now I am 88kgs with in 80days.. I am very happy with this and coach is very supported,communicated nd very patience guy.. Over all is good..

Guidance in the gym is very good and personalized. It's been 1 month since i joined this gym and I find a lot of improvement in me. Workout plans are really good. I would recommend this gym from beginners to experienced body builders. Finally, trainer shiva is very experienced and will make perfect workout plans for everyone.

I have joined saizen under trainer shiva for weight loss.... He took personal care regarding diet plan, different works out plans etc... Under his guidance The results are from 84 to 77kgs... Still going on... I am happy with the results and support from trainer shiva and his team...

Overall very good gym with all the requirement equipment and training materials with coaching in various forms of fitness and trainer with vast coaching experience.

Saizen fitness studio is very compatible to new commerce who want to develop their fitness. Master shiva has given good tips and daily conversation has developed confidence in me.
