The yoga class was truly refreshing! The instructor explained every pose with patience and clarity. I felt relaxed, energetic, and more focused after each session. The environment was calm and motivating. Definitely one of the best yoga experiences I've had!

I have been learning yoga from shailaja Madam for a while now and the experience has been amazing. The teaching environment is clam , positive, and very supportive I have noticed a great improvement in my flexibility, breathing,and concentration.she teaches with proper techniques, patience, and personal attension.i still continue her sessions bcz she truly cares about her students progress.

I am very happy the way my online Yoga classes are going on under the mentorship of Sailu madam. She is an excellent teacher, skilled and has patience, makes the participant comfortable. If any discomfort seeker feels, she immediately recognizes, and asks to relax and not to strain our body. She designs her classes to suite our individual needs which is very important that it is very helpful for us what we are trying to achieve. My body is getting used to various asanas, I am looking forward to future yoga sessions and how it transforms my body and what benefits I am going to derive.
