I have joined this class 3 months ago .I have lost 3 to 4 kgs in weight and my flexibility,strength improved a lot. Thanks a lot to sushma mam she is professional.studio has very peaceful ambience. I had started Yoga classes with Sushma during pandemic and have been continuing with her since then. I love the way she conducts the classes. They are very organized and Sushma changes the routine every day. So, it's not the same set of asanas everyday. I can definitely see a huge difference in myself.
