I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. The coaching here is not only unprofessional but also discouraging. Instead of providing proper guidance, some trainers seem more focused on criticizing than helping. On multiple occasions, I witnessed and personally experienced body shaming comments that were completely unacceptable. Coaches made rude remarks about appearance and fitness levels, which made me -- and others -- feel humiliated rather than motivated. A gym should be a safe and supportive place for people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities to improve their health. Unfortunately, this place promotes a toxic atmosphere where you're judged instead of encouraged. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, especially beginners or those working on their confidence. There are far better places where trainers genuinely support your journey without tearing you down.

The worst part about this gym isn't even the equipment -- it's the people. The staff are incredibly rude and act like you're bothering them just by asking simple questions. Zero professionalism. I witnessed one of the trainers mocking a new member who didn't know how to use a machine -- completely unacceptable. Some members are just as bad. There's no gym etiquette here. People hog machines, don't wipe anything down, and stare at others like it's a competition. I've even seen arguments break out over equipment. It's honestly a hostile environment that makes you dread working out. If you're looking for a supportive or respectful atmosphere, look elsewhere. This place is toxic.

Disappointed and Frustrated - Waste of Money I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience at this gym has been consistently terrible. Equipment is always broken or out of order. Half the treadmills don't work, weight machines are rusty or jammed, and no one seems to care about fixing them. Staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Trainers either ignore you or are busy chatting with their friends. If you're new or need guidance, good luck getting help.The gym is dirty. The changing rooms stink, floors are never cleaned properly, and I've even seen cockroaches near the showers. Super unhygienic.Too crowded during peak hours. You have to wait 15-20 minutes just to use a basic machine. They keep selling memberships without managing capacity. No value for money. They make big promises during signup but don't deliver. Classes are canceled without notice, amenities they advertise Terrible cancellation policy. Trying to cancel my membership was a nightmare. They kept charging me even after I submitted a written request. I regret joining this gym and would not recommend it to anyone. There are better options out there that actually care about members and maintain basic standards.

One of the best gym I have ever seen,trainer won't guides everyone with same workout,he guides based on your body type this is what I like the most here,and I have seen much more change in my body even within 3 weeks, finally no pain no gain

The environment is not good the coach is not perfect equipment is low quality i personally suggest don't join the gym it is not good as expected I saw the review and went to gym but it's all trash dont belive that reviews ask people who workout daily not worth money it was a worst gym ever I seen

Very good gym in Badangpet with all equipments available. Arun bro is certified trainer who guides everyone in doing all types of workouts. Highly recommended.
