DON'T join gyms without reading this.... I have been working out since 2018 and i have come across couple of gyms in vellore as well as katpadi. Everywhere i joined, the treatment gets indifferent after two weeks unless you are enrolled in PT (personal training) which i couldn't afford to pay. Thankfully, i happen to came across V-fitness gym behind Kalaimagal petrol bunk. The way they respect the clients and explain what is required and not what one desires is highly appreciated. For any matured person who wants to workout considers FORM is of utmost importance and trust me all the trainers will be there with you to check your form in all the workouts. (They dont mind about general or personal clients, all that matters to them is guiding whoever is interested in the respectful way) Also, the unique aspect of this particular gym is the gym culture where everybody's opinion is respected and valued. The Bootcamp event being conducted on Saturdays kindles the spirit of joy towards fitness through teamwork. Special thanks to Mr. Vijay who has been very kind and respectful and has immense knowledge about the workouts (a person who has so much passion for this profession). Deepika mam has also been very supportive. For those who are interested, V fitness is a great place to channel your energy into a better version of yourself!

Best place in vellore for cross fitness training. They offer variety of programs from strengthening to weight loss. Have seen live transformation myself. Trainers are also friendly and aware of what they are doing, which is very rare to find. Would definitely suggest to people who really want to transform their body.

Solid gym with no nonsense approach to training! Owner who also trains us, is like a drill sergeant pushes you hard but knows exactly what he's doing. There's also a trainer for woman she's really knowledgeable and brings great energy to the floor. We know "Apple a day keeps doctor away" in gyms "A good trainer a day keeps your shoulder injuries away". Choose right fitness studio with right trainers. The gym is nice and spacious with all equipments you need. It's not all polished and shiny like the place could use a solid dusting. Saturdays are for CrossFit style bootcamps that test everything you have trained through the week. The Vibe is great supportive community, focused people and serious workouts that actually make a difference. "Get Fit with V-Fit".

Read this before joining here One of the best gyms I've ever worked out. hung around a few gyms in Vellore and Katpadi, but this was the best. To talk about the ambience, it is perfectly designed with proper cross ventilation, which enriches the airflow and doesn't feel crowded even when more people. properly equipped with all the essential equipment, which is frequently monitored and serviced. Proper guidance was given by the trainers before and during the workout, and necessary care is taken for rehab if injured, even if PT is not opted. Particularly, I have an MCL tear, and in other gyms, they just restricted me from doing some workouts, but here, they were more concerned and helped me with my rehab. Unlike other gym trainers who work here help us to push our limits to reach our goal with proper guidance and safety measures, even when PT is not opted. A friendly approach by the gym members enhances the efficiency and helps us to work out with more interest. And if any issue is addressed to the gym management, it is immediately sorted out without any delay.

This is the first gym I've ever joined, and I'm really glad I chose it! The gym is well-equipped with everything needed for a complete workout, and the trainers are highly professional and supportive. They pay attention to every individual and guide everyone with respect and care, which creates a very encouraging environment. Every Saturday, they conduct a bootcamp session that focuses on strength, mental endurance, and teamwork -- something I genuinely look forward to. A big thank you to my trainers, Mr. Vijay sir and Deepika ma'am, for their constant support and motivation. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about transforming their body and lifestyle!
