His guidance and knowledge are honestly worth far more than the fees we pay. To me, a real trainer is someone who teaches you why and how to work out properly, and that's exactly what he does. I've been working out at this gym for the past two months, and I absolutely love it! The gym is well-maintained, and the trainer is incredibly helpful and supportive. I usually work out in the mornings, but sometimes I also go in the evenings. The workout plans and guidance provided are excellent, and I've learned a lot about the importance of rest and recovery - Sunday is our rest day, which I've come to see as essential. The gym offers separate sessions for girls, including online sessions, which is a great feature. They even have dedicated sessions for kids. The trainer is highly certified and qualified, and he guides everyone with care and expertise. I've taken lots of photos and videos of my workouts and the progress I've made, thanks to his guidance. There's a great mix of young and older members, and everyone seems to be achieving their fitness goals. I've noticed remarkable results in just the past two months. I've worked out at several gyms in Usilampatti, and this is by far the best gym for fitness in the area. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit and health.

Really happy about gym , really it is cheap and highly Worthable more than the amount paid , also master at the gym really a excellent trainer with , many certificates , way of his communication is friendly and approachable .... Happy to be a part of the splendid gym
