I stayed in Tiruvannamalai for about two months and went there every day for the morning and evening session. Loga is a wonderful teacher who is truely rooted in the traditional approach of Hatha Yoga. The sessions include meditation, asanas and pranayama. Just the way it has to be. Over the time I learned a lot about life, gained heapes of flexibility, strenght and was able to meditate during the asanas. The peaceful studio is very close to Arunachala and the caves. After the classes his mum has always prepared some tasty food for the practitioners. Thanks for that again. The course fee is based on donation. His reasoning:" brother, you can not buy yoga." It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking true traditional Yoga which is practiced since thousands of years. Thank you brother

This place is simply amazing. The shala is a very nice open space with a very spiritual atmosphere. The people are deeply connected to the spirit of the Arunchala and the yoga is exactly as it should be - shivananda yoga at it's best with lots of breathing work, pranayama, ananas and om chanting. I can highly recommend this place and I will always go back there whenever I am in India. Om shanti

Since 1970, he has been teaching yoga & practicing ayuveda he is a follower of 18 sidhas & practioner of ayurveda, meditation. he teaches vasi yoga and advanced pranayama.
