One of the excellent gym at Tirupur at the same time they have a good trainer at the gym . Trainer will take care personally and good hospitality. We can fit out self thru how they co ordinate . Worth for everything and really it's too good

I have been doing workout here for the past 8 months. I am completely happy with my experience. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped and makes the best environment to workout. The team here is friendly and they are highly qualified. They maintain professionalism which is to be appreciated. They care for each individual and provide diet plans accordingly. The training is more of a functional one and focus on areas like strength training, metabolic conditioning,mobility and flexibility. Recently they have added yoga and I want to give it a try. After joining here, I could see evident healthy changes in my physical fitness and lifestyle and I am happy about it. From my personal experience,I would say that it is a very safe place for women and they can feel more comfortable here. Pricing is reasonable and timing is flexible. Overall I would highly recommend anyone to join this gym and give it a try.

I like the gym atmosphere and neat , nice ambiance..most importantly the trainers are so knowledgable and they will help achieve your goals in a most right way..if you are looking out for the perfect gym to help understand your body and make you stronger then its a right choice.!

I am pleased to share this review on CrossFit xtreme. They have been doing so well in training me, they assess our potential, plan workouts based on our physique goal. No overpushing yet so effective. This place is women friendly. I have been bringing my wife as well who also felt this gym to be more effective. I wish the team to keep doing the good work.
