A place with gud equipments, but the place ia so small and really conjusted. No treadmills and much for the cardio session. Rest is good, the boy named Sethu teaches well at the exercises. If the place can be enlarged then the gym would be so awesome. The conjusted feel makes u exhausted during the workouts.
Superb gym, it is located in the centre of the city, Ktc nagar tirunelveli. The gym is mainly for men. Good training by coaches. Different time schedules are available. Morning and evening are some what rush, but in the afternoon zym is free for workouts. Zym coaching fee is comparatively low.
Excellent Gym for beginners. All type of workout we can use in multiple ways.
The place is so congested, will be good for students as this is a budget friendly gym.
