Trim & Tone Fitness Studio

I have been training in this gym since it's opened. It's really spacious with lot of equipments and weights. I have enrolled in personal training program and my weekly results are monitored and assisted by the trainer. It has separate floor dedicated for cardio and another floor for strength training. It's located just next to KK nagar bus terminus making it easily accessible. For weight loss and strengthening, I would highly recommend to join this gym. Additionally, once enrolled , they provided me with a welcome kit - gym bag and towel. Thank you @Trim and Tone Fitness
