Body Mechanics OMR

One of the worst gym experiences ever. The only time trainer interacted with me was when he asked for my debit card. 3 months of my life i will never get back. Reasons why i don't recommend this gym especially for beginners. 1) Trainers are always on their mobile phones and totally unworthy of the title "COACH" boldly printed on their T-shirts. 2) Its not very motivating to see your trainer sleeping on the leg press machine every afternoon. This happens quite often. (I have pics :P) 3) I was shocked to smell fresh grilled chicken in the gym one evening. It wasn't surprising to see who were eating inside the gym. 4) Absolutely no discipline in the gym, the weights are always scattered all over the gym. Again i wasn't surprised to find the culprits behind this. 5) The floor is very dirty most of the days. Its hard to do a set of push ups without breathing in dirt and dust. 6)The equipment is very mediocre. Nothing special here. If you are a beginner, please stay away from this gym because you will learn nothing. If you are experienced, take it as a challenge and try working out in the most depressing environment. I was able to survive 3 months and it took away most my energy and fire.

There are many reasons why one shouldn't prefer this gym.But due to time and other concerns i can mention only few below. 1.Trainers are worst and always either will be on mobiles or will be talking to girls who are coming to gym. 2.Trainers will make fun of people who are following wrong workouts(but will not suggest you to do correctly) 3.Equipment is basically old and hardly they will switch AC on 4.Only reason as it is near to Road you can prefer this(but my advice don't go for this)

Worst Place for Gym enthusiasist. 1.Most of equipment are rusted 2.Not management friendly seen a lot of people getting shifted and money is not given back or if your trainer is not available or fired 3.Even a normal gym is better than this. 4.Says its ac but most time its switched off and place stinks 5.Visited alot of gym in OMR my personal opinion is this is totally waste for the money we pay. Suggestion try Ibrick /24x7/slam/ even O2 which is surprisingly a thousand higher where we get a quality environment. Upto you but personal suggestion better ignore it.

Giving three stars since I just visited the place. Not sure about the training. It is located in the main road opposite to PTC bus stop, underground building. They provide good information about the Classes and the package information Yoga & aerobics are provided at particular timing.

It's worst gym.. don't waste money by joining this waste gym three months got wasted no use of trainers they will interact with girls or always will be in phone no space there after alterations two trainers are bloody waste fellows worst gym in my life ever experienced

Very poor management. Would suggest to look for other alternatives in case if you are likely to join a gym. Trainers don't bother what you do and how you do. They concentrate more on PT's. Totally money minded

New fully equipped gym at a very good location where there was a lack of gyms. Affordable membership plans.
