It is a nice gym with good facilities. The trainers are nice and friendly too, they help you with anything. They have personal trainers facilities too to attain the results sooner. Professional gym with good ambience I recently joined AFC. I am very much happy that I choose this one. The trainers are very good here and experienced. They listen to your concerns and train you accordingly. They even conduct regular assesment to check whether you are in track for your goal. If you want to achieve your goals quickly go for a personal trainer. They are patient and motivating and gives all the fitness advice you need. All in all its a perfect place for your fitness goals

By far the best facility around!! This is a wonderful well equipped gym. By far the best facility in and around Theni. This facility has a fully air conditioned gym and a separate hall for HIIT training. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. Excellent personal training: My trainer, Mr. Hari really care and go above and beyond to help achieve my fitness goals. Even if a skip a day or two, he calls me everyday without fail and encourages me to visit the gym the next day, an exemplary character for a trainer which motivates me to visit this gym and progress towards my fitness goals. Pros : * Easily the best gym in the city, reasonably priced and a great workout atmosphere. * Flexible timings. * From the weights to the cardio machines, everything is kept in great working order. Cons: * Choice of music - kindly have some workout playlists. Sometimes I hear romantic songs which will makes you sleepy in the early morning sessions (not an issue since I started using my ANC earphones). * Lack of space to store our personal things like water bottle, towel, etc. I suggest to keep an open rack inside the room to address this issue. " Overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family."
