The gym is extremely clean and well-maintained, with excellent hygiene standards. The trainer is very friendly, professional, and supportive, always guiding us with proper techniques. It is also a very safe and comfortable environment for women. What I appreciate the most is that the trainer tailors the workouts according to our individual health conditions and fitness needs. Overall, it's a great place to achieve fitness goals in a safe and positive atmosphere.

I joined this gym three months ago, and the transformation I've seen in myself has been remarkable. Under the guidance of my trainer, Nisha, I have lost 7 kg in a healthy and sustainable way. She is extremely supportive, always motivating me to stay consistent, and she balances being friendly with being strict during workouts, which really keeps me disciplined. Every session feels purposeful because she makes sure my posture and form are correct, and she encourages me to push beyond my limits without overdoing it. Apart from the workouts, she constantly motivates me to stay focused on my goals and even gives useful tips on lifestyle and diet, which have been very helpful. The gym environment itself is very positive and energetic -- clean, well-maintained, and filled with people who inspire each other. Training here never feels like a burden; instead, it feels like a place where I grow stronger day by day, both physically and mentally. I have just completed my 1 month of training in Falcon fitness. The trainers Mr.Ashik and Mr.Mahendran have been a great part of the development in by body which is immensely shown a raise of 4 kilograms in a period of 10 -15 days If anyone wants to have good strength or endurance, then he/she should continuously maintain the body at least by practicing 1hr a day . I can give 100% assurance , only if one tries to maintain and trim his body every day or else it is not possible Both the trainers have good consistency and experience in training people and it is worth for the money which they receive from you.
