The gym is well-equipped with good machines and free weights, ensuring that everyone can find the right workout for them. The clean and spacious facilities add to the overall positive experience. Trainer is knowledgeable and guides well.

Avoid this gym. There is no proper gym coach, just one person trying to guide everyone. I paid for a month and attended for 20 days straight, but he only taught few workouts and didn't provide proper guidance. He was frequently outside the gym, and I had to keep asking him for the next steps. They also charged an extra 300 for biometric access, which they didn't mention before joining. I don't understand why they maintain a register daily. The AC is just for show--it doesn't work properly. Overall, this gym is not worth.

Iron Head is best GYM in this surrounding. I also appreciate the emphasis on cleanliness and safety, especially given the current circumstances. The gym is always spotless, and I feel confident knowing that measures are in place to keep members safe and healthy. I've been working with trainer Tamil for 3 month now. From day one, he has been incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive in helping me reach my fitness goals. Thanks to trainer Tamil and Master Sathish , I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level.

The instructor are knowledgeable, motivating, and create a positive and energetic atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The gym is always clean and well-maintained.

I've been using the gym for past 5months and I can see the difference physically with the support of my trainer Thamil. He is a professional trainer and train you with respect your physical condition in a friendly manner. The ambience is good and I'm enjoying since the day one.
