First of all I really happy and proud to say Spartans fitness trainers is the best trainers and head coaches founders of Spartans fitness [ vandhan bro & krishna bro ]...these guys brilliant.. I train my body past 4 months I gain 10kgs ( 55 to 65kgs) it's absolutely brilliant...thanks to my PT trainer Vicky bro

Almost i have tried most of the gym in salem. From local gym to high class gym. Honestly speaking this gym is one of the underrated gym in the city. Just because of its location its not that popular but the ambience is great. All equipments are there. And the best part i would like to mention about the trainers . Usually i workout in morning batch so there are 2 trainers in the morning both of them are very professional and always ready to help. Such a friendly nature which keep us engaging.

Something about the interior and the quotes and trophies, U can immediately feel motivated when u enter the gym..with good set of equipments and professional training, knowledge about supplements and stuffs one can very much trust Spartan for their fitness journey

The gym is equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights, all well-maintained and in excellent condition. The facility is always clean and organized, making it a pleasant environment to work out in,The staff at spartans gym are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The personal trainers are highly skilled, offering personalized fitness plans that have helped me achieve my fitness goals faster than I expected. Their guidance and support have been invaluable.

Very good work out atmosphere with a friendly coaching..equipped with all work out machines for all categories starting from the beginners to the core competetive aspirants..highly suggested to stay fit and healthy..
