Ramyaa's Eternity Fitness

I have been training with Ramyaa for the past few months. She gave me training in pilates, calisthenics, running and strength training that really helped me in achieving my goals. Her knowledge about maintaining good health is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition she also gives nutrition diet plans for having good health. She made me feel like my goals are much more achievable than I had thought. I am happy and now more confident with myself. Thank you so much..

On joining Ramyaa's fitness class, I was able to overcome several health issues, and the regular diet counselling is very helpful for me and my family too. Ramyaa has an individual attention towards each and every person in the class, she also guides them through their personal issues by optimising their workouts, yet not compromising their productivity. Ramyaa's excellent workout plan includes a wide range of exercise, such as Cardio, HIIT, Zumba, Tabatta, etc; which in turn provides a balanced workout routine. Apart from the workout routine, starting my day by interacting and exercising with my friend's, makes the class more interesting, and gives a good start for my day. Really a great coach with great knowledge and experience the follow up is awesome I had a injury in my leg I was taken special care and specified exercises and they prescribed me a sports physiotherapist and followed me with individual attention
