On the basis of your Goal ,he analyse your physical history, Daily routine, body type and food habits, he will create an nutritional diet plan(and he prefers natural and safe way to get fit not with suppliments) and workout schedule for you to attain your goal/results. Well maintained.neat, dedicated trainer who will be full time active (shiva).. Unlike other gym they respect your time.. No mobile phones...full motivation who all ready proven by reducing the weight, customized diet & exercise based on your body type,, Which was highly recommended...

Awesome place.Highly recommended. Had to Move Bangalore So Unable to complete course..But Had great experience. Price can be still lesser. and protein suppliments was not worth paid 3000 for 1kg. Doesn't work. After they blamed on me that I should eat a lot.

Its been a year since I joined in fitness zone. I enquired almost every gym around 5 roads and finally chosen this. Arun sir and siva sir treat every individual equally. There is a separate floor for ladies which makes this gym more unique from any other and it is more comfortable to every ladies out there. In few places trainer won't pay much attention on you if you are in intermediate/advance level. Here it is completely different, they always stood by you to correct mistakes and for your betterment.
