Don't join this gym.. Positives : The timings are great 5am to 10 pm Negatives: They will push for PT ( personal training) to the core.. The method of pushing for PT is a very bad process they follow for money ( PT - 10,000rs or more per month).They do harresment, badmouthing, spreading negative comments to the clients , trolling, taking behind your back is their formula ( special mention to trainer Vignesh). Everying i mentioned would be in a direct or indirect manner so don't trust any members after joining this gym as they notice you with the CCTV cameras. All they have done is talk behind your back about your personal things , either the trainers does it or they do it with the help of clients who are in favour of trainers like they give money to the trainers and the gym control goes to particular members who are in contact with some trainers. Favouritism is followed here giving special treatment who give lots of money to the trainers. Mainly they will block the hydraulic machines if you are doing an intense set of exercises. Manipulation of the clients and brainwashing the clients to obey whatever the trainers say. They will forget the ideology that the client is the one who paid the gym fees and they must exercise peaceful without any management disturbance, but all they do is disturb you either directly or indirectly and you will lose your gym interest because of these people.They will disturb you either directly or indirectly making your precence uncomfortable in this slam gym. Very bad experience in this gym as they won't respect the basic fundamental & human rights of leaving the clients to workout in harmony and peace.

I've only been working out with Sarath for 10 days, and I can already notice a dramatic improvement in my muscle growth and overall confidence at the gym. Sarath isn't your average trainer--he actually takes the time to show you how to properly use every single piece of equipment, ensuring your form is flawless so you achieve maximum results without harming yourself. What I was most impressed with is that he also showed me simple yet effective exercises to do on the floor, which I could do anywhere, even outside the gym. His routines are well-thought-out, and he tells you why you're doing an exercise, which helped me learn more about my body. If you're looking for a trainer who is an expert and actually cares about your development day one, Sarath's your man. The gym itself is also nice and has a good, energizing atmosphere that motivates you to work harder. Recommended highly!

I am Jayaram and I was one of the first person to join here, prior to this is was doing my work out with Talwakars, but honestly saying these people are fleecing, and more over I get a message to renew my subscription. During 15th Sept 2025, they said you pay 12000 for 14 months valid till 30th Sept 2025 and today 5th October another what's App message stating 14000 for 11 months valid till month end. I do have the screenshot. When I was not in town I had sent a mail to them requesting if there is possibility to continue my training since I could not go regularly due to my official commitments, but no response, recently got a call fromMs. Shwetha who said courtesly that my annual subscription has lapsed and to renew, when I told her I have frequently sent mail to Customer Care of Slam, regarding my inability, she said she has joined newly and is not aware about the mails which i had sent, they had called to me for renwal of my annual subscription after that they are not bothered if you are coming regularly or need any assistance, off late I am getting frequent calls month on month and their subscriptions are increasing month on month. And for any reply on what's app no response. This is disgusting. I am missing Talwakars in Coimbatore.

I'm glad to share this feedback. I"ve heard about the best quality and service of SLAM gym and now feel the same experience on equipment quality/quantity is very good and sufficient trainers were available so far. And also all the trainers are well trained and friendly. I would like to say especially about the trainer Sarath. I have been to many fitness centers for past 20 years but some of his workout techniques and styles are very much interesting and very effective and personally feeling good results for me and getting good support from him always. And i have only 1 concern about your gym is music, which is very very boring and repetitive musics and i personally felts these are not good workouts. Its not only my personal concern and some of your client also feeling the same and you can check it out. When we asked your front-desk personnel to play some different songs/musics, it seems they were instructed to play only this Slam approved set of songs/musics. So please consider our request on this music choices. We are not asking to play any devotional songs, just expecting some other good motivating and inspiring songs, language is not a constraint. We want some good musics thats it. you can see most of us were wearing earphones or airpods, reason you're not playing good musics. Hope you will consider our request.

I've been training at Slam Gym for the past 2 months, and the experience has been fantastic! The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a motivating atmosphere. Well equipped Gym with a nice atmosphere to workout. I am taking Personal Training from Mr. John. I am seeing a difference in 10days itself.
