Surely 5 stars.,Apart from gym equipments the trainer(zainul Sir) is the reason for five stars.,Most of the gyms won't give enough details when we go for an enquiry.,but he takes about an hour to explain. The gym is clean,have enough equipments,have good ambience.Most of the workouts he gave me are *injury-free*. He sets my mindset right.,thats the long term mindset to achieve goals rather than pushing harder quick and quit. He is more of a Brother to me than just a trainer. I simply understand the saying by meeting him- "It's not what you do today, it's what you do every day".
