As someone who was initially hesitant about joining a gym--especially with concerns about the crowd, comfort, and how female-friendly the environment would be--Sha Fitness completely changed my perspective. What really impressed me was their provision for women: there's a dedicated women's time slot from 10 AM to 1 PM, and even in the evenings, though it's a mixed crowd, they have a female trainer available, which gave me the confidence to join. The gym is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything you need. But the biggest reason I kept coming back was Vasantha, our female trainer. She's a young, energetic, and very supportive coach who makes everyone feel incredibly comfortable. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, she ensures everyone is equally guided without being too pushy. She tailors workouts based on each person's need and helps you stay consistent. She even stays till 8 PM, which is a huge plus for working women like me. Honestly, I had my doubts about going to the gym regularly. But thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and Vasantha's motivation, I now look forward to my sessions. If you're someone who's nervous or unsure about starting your fitness journey--especially as a woman--Sha Fitness is a great place to begin.

Nothing special, then they say their timing slot is from 10 am to 12.30 pm, but men exercise until 10.30 pm, then why did they give separate timing for women? Tell them it's from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm, that's still good, right?
