Joined the gym with false ideas about fitness just thinking about working out and losing weight , but since I joined here my trainer helped me with the right knowledge about fitness , not anything about weightloss or giving you any false hopes to lose weight in a go , he only guides you with most natural way where you can take it throughout your life , this place has changed me as a person and the way I think. Also , I have never felt uncomfortable here to workout alone as a girl , this place is so comfortable with all the gym members here , be the trainers as well , they are always ready to help me.
