I'm joined Sankara yoga 4 months back. It's a very good atmosphere to do yoga there and trainers(mam and sir) teaching very well they trained from basics itself.Timing also more convenient to go regularly. Even, if we absent on one day they contact us themselves. If you are looking for a yoga class to start from basics just go ahead. It's changed your normal routine to a healthy one.

I am attending daily yoga class in Sankara yoga for the past 6 months ... The teachers ( mam and sir ) are so polite and they teach in a very patient manner ....They give attention to each and every person and also teach us specific yoga poses for our own individual body problems.....They are so friendly tooo....... The big gift is they are so flexible in timings upto morning 11 am and they are available daily and available in evening also ....I have seen a improvement in my own body and mind... I have become so active throughout the day and my flexibility is increased a lot.....I am able to focus well on studies without any distractions because of the meditation and pranayama guided by the teachers in Sankara yoga..... I cured my thyroid and pcod and hairfall problem also.....after doing yoga I feel so calm, happy and relaxed throughout the day ... And I was also suffering from depression for which yoga helped me a lot to overcome stress, depression and overthinking....
