Honestly, this is one of the best gyms I've trained at in Ooty. The first thing you notice is the space--it's huge, so you don't feel cramped even when it's busy. The equipment is solid and well-maintained. Plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio options, so you don't have to wait around too long. I especially liked the free weight zone--it's got everything from light dumbbells to heavy plates. Trainers here are super approachable. Even if you're not on a personal training plan, they'll still correct your posture or give you tips if they see you struggling. That's something I really appreciated. They also run group classes (Zumba, yoga, functional training), which keeps things fun if you're not into just lifting or cardio every day. Only con? It does get crowded in the evenings, but that's kind of expected for the most popular gym in town. Overall, if you're serious about fitness or just starting out, this place has everything you need--good vibe, great setup, and people who actually know their stuff. My take: worth the membership.
