I have been a member of two popular gyms in Namakkal for their annual packages over the past few years. However, both gyms charged separately for personal trainers, who barely paid attention to clients. The trainers rarely approached clients or responded properly, which left me disappointed. After taking a break from gyms for a year, I was hesitant to rejoin but decided to try AK Fitness Studio. It turned out to be an amazing experience! The trainers are incredibly friendly and take the time to teach every workout step by step. I joined on December 13th, 2024, weighing 86 kg. After just one month, my weight dropped to 78.2 kg! The most surprising and delightful part is that personal training is completely free, which I never expected. The level of care and friendliness here is outstanding. A fitness studio with all the mandatory equipment and very friendly trainers. A complete package at a very affordable cost. They give more importance to hygiene. One of their important rule in the gym is not to train a fellow user. There are trainers to train each and everyone. Highly recommended!!!
