Before I joined in this yoga center I had so many questions like;"Did yoga helps me to weightloss?", but after joining yoga I can see drastic changes in my body. Definitely yoga makes my body more flexible and slowly I starts to shed my inches. Not only flexibility it can reduce inflammation in our body. I m very thankful to our yoga teacher Mrs.DHANYA. She is such a good soul and our mam is very polite,motivative, enthusiastic. Our mam takes special concern over each individual and gives special coaching according to their health issues. We students of Sai yoga center are really blessed to have our DHANYA mam.

Yoga was reduced my tension and making a refresh mind this yoga class teacher was teaching good method and they care our self they asking our problem and say some yogasana to clear the problem this yoga class teacher name is dhanya sister they teaching well and carring her customer very geniune vist this yoga studio and you solve your problem in yogasana method thank you dhanya sister..
