HIGHGRADE FITNESS STUDIO WOMEN

I've been going to this gym for more than 6 months now, and it has made such a positive difference in me! I've finally found the consistency I was missing during my home workouts. Coach Shibani is super friendly and understanding. I travel frequently due to work and family, which sometimes makes me miss the gym -- but she genuinely understands that it's not easy for everyone to be present every day. Still, if someone takes a long break, they make sure to check in and motivate us to get back on track. Due to their friendly and positive approach and with the songs they play (even if it's the same ones on repeat, lol!) it has truly become a great start for my mornings. They focus on steady, realistic and sustainable weight loss and toning. I even got to participate in their anniversary competition once -- and even as a beginner, they encouraged me like I was going to win! It was so much fun. I'd highly recommend this gym -- to all women searching for a good gym in Nagercoil and especially for working women looking for a supportive and motivating environment

I am one of this gym for the past five months i love this gym atmosphere is so peace full it's a stress reliever spot. i feel very calm and focused. its physical fitness and mental relaxation to me. its not only gym its an life changer spot. me and my family happily to seeing my body changes and and more energetics my trainer shebhani has been very friendly and supportive and effective diet plans gave me its really working for me. before gym i was heavy weight and physically and mentally am feel not good . after am joined *Hight grade fitness studio*i am physically , and mentally very fitnow am healthy with our family. i love this gym. am highly satisfied recommended for anyone most house wife's

I've been going to High Grade Fitness Studio Women for the past 2 months and it's hands down one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. The gym is women-only, which creates such a comfortable, empowering atmosphere -- perfect for focusing on your goals without any judgment. Their CrossFit classes are incredible. Our coach, Shebani is knowledgeable, professional and always ensures proper form and safety. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, they tailor the workouts to your level, and there's always a great mix of strength training and Functional workout. I've made real progress in my strength and endurance, and I actually look forward to working out now. Highly recommend to any woman looking for a supportive place to get strong and feel confident.

It was a friendly studio one of the best relax and motivated gym for every women's. when i spent the 1 hour is the best self time for me. Very experience trainee she was a very polite person and friendly behaviour. Over all this studio like a relaxation centre for most house wife's.

I wholeheartedly thank Ms.Shebhani for the unconditional support and training she provides us here.This is my very first experience in a gym. Initially when I joined here,I had mixed thoughts whether I would be able to do the gym workouts.But they provide us perfectly tailored personalised plans, cardio and group activities which are highly motivating and engaging us to the core.
