Arokya Multi Gym

I've been a member of this gym for last 4 months and have had a great experience so far! The equipment is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is motivating.

I worked out in Arokya for 4 to 5 months since I had to stay in Mettupalayam for a personal work. Otherwise I basically stay in Chennai. Been to some top gym chains in Chennai for the past 8+ years. In my experience, Arokya is better than all of them. It has all round equipments , well informed trainers, ample space and the aura for working out. The proprietor is very friendly and humble. They don't upsell special packages and supplements to you if you don't need and they give equal attention to all. Special mention to Anand who trained me with a workout schedule that fits me well. I found the gym through google reviews. If you are looking for a clean and solid gym in Mettupalayam ,this is the one.

An awesome place. Since it's in my hometown, I go to this gym whenever I come to mtp. Very knowledgeable and understanding coaches. The equipments are also installed newly. A right destination for any fitness enthusiast.
