There were no gyms in Kochadai to Thuvariman area, and now they have opened this amazing equipment loaded gym. I've been to multiple gyms at Madurai, nothing felt as good as working out here. The trainers are super friendly, and they're at your back all the time providing support and motivation. My mom and I are working out here, accomplishing mom-son workout goals. There's an open area for CrossFit training as well. Gym lighting's and equipment are great.

I have a very good experience in rafit hub, Mr Antony is my personal trainer because of him, I lost almost 8kg with in 2 month's and also improved physical strength and flexibility has been improved a lot. Finally I found a best trainer and gym in madurai. They provide support, help you to set realistic goals and tailor a program to address specific injuries or conditions. Additional outdoor spaces is available cleaner air and natural light, which can be more beneficial than indoor environments.
