I've been training at this gym for a while now and overall, my experience has been very positive. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights to suit all types of workouts. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help or answer questions.

REDUCING MY RATING FROM 5 TO 2 Initially, I gave this gym a 5-star rating because of the great equipment and maintenance. However, the outdated rules and lack of transparency have completely changed my perspective: RIDICULOUS TIMING POLICY: You're not allowed to visit twice a day. Cardio and strength training must be completed in a 1.5 HOUR SESSION -- no flexibility for separate morning and evening workouts. MISGUIDED 'UNISEX' RULES: Men and women are forced to work out in SEPARATE TIME SLOTS, regardless of being couples, siblings, or partners. This is not "unisex" by any standard. LIMITED HOURS: Men: 5-10 AM & 5-9 PM. Women: 10AM -12 PM. If you prefer afternoon or mid-day sessions due to work timing, tough luck--the gym is closed. ( TIMING GIVEN BY TRAINER ) BOTTOM LINE: This feels more like an OLD SCHOOL GYM THAT RELUCTANLY ALLOWS WOMEN DURING RESTRICTED SLOTS. They completely lack modern understanding of fitness like CrossFit or powerlifting. (Nothing working about it but know what you are signing up for) Frustrating rules ruin the experience.

I would never give a single star to the owner's behavior. She is rude towards people. Literally felt like jail over there. You shouldn't talk to fellow gymate nor use your mobile. I would never appreciate personal triggering or cornering other. If you are really going gym for overal mental and physical wellness. This is not the right place for you. The worst experience ever had.
